How Do I redeem my Liquor Loot Gift Card?Updated a year ago

Redeeming a gift card takes a couple of minutes on our website, and the gift only needs to be redeemed once then the boxes are sent monthly until the gift period is up. I have included step-by-step instructions for you below to make this easy for you! 


2. You can close out of any pop-ups by hitting 'x' in the top corner

3. Enter your redemption code (on your gift card - starts with 3MR, 6MR or 12MR) in the box there then click 'submit'

4. Then select the type of gift you are redeeming - you can select whisky, or gin (this information is on your gift card)

5. Select an add on if you like - you may have the option to upgrade to our advanced subscription, or add tonics to your subscription (these are optional extras only, if not already covered by your gift card) 

6. The next page is your payment summary - you can hit 'proceed to checkout' to finalise your information. PLEASE NOTE - you can only redeem one subscription at a time and cannot have any other products in your cart. 

7. On the next page, enter your contact + shipping information. Please note this is the address where the subscription will be delivered, and can be updated anytime. 

8. Click 'continue to payment'

9. On the next screen, please enter a credit card. Our subscription platform does require a credit card even when no payment is required. There are no charges or fees associated with redeeming the gift subscription, and the subscription does not automatically renew. You can double check that your order is $0 before clicking 'pay now.'

10. Make sure you tick the box - I understand that I'm agreeing to a subscription. It will renew at the price and frequency listed until it ends or is cancelled. For a gift subscription - it will end once the gift period of 3, 6 or 12 months is over.  You may choose to continue the subscription but this will not happen automatically 

11. Once you click 'pay now' - you're done!

12. You can then create your Liquor Loot dashboard via the link on the order confirmation page, or via a link sent to you via email.

Boxes are shipped within 5 days and will ship automatically at the same time each month for the duration of your subscription.  Please note we do not offer express shipping on subscriptions, and all deliveries require signature on delivery - we deliver to parcel lockers and PO Boxes. If no one is home to receive the delivery, it will be taken to your nearest post office and held for 10 days.
