What is members pricing?

How do I update my subscription?

Can I pause my subscription?

Absolutely - you can pause or skip upcoming boxes by logging in to your account. Any questions, just ask our friendly support team via live chat.

Can I have multiple subscriptions?

Absolutely! You can have multiple subscriptions for yourself, friends - anything goes! You can set up as many subscriptions as you like, but please note each subscription needs to be under a unique email address. This includes prepaid or monthly subs

Can I change the frequency of my deliveries?

Currently all our subscriptions operate on a monthly basis, but you can log onto your account and skip upcoming orders, or pause your subscription as needed.
