If you select the "Authority to Leave" option at checkout, you are giving permission for the courier to leave your parcel unattended at your delivery address. Once the parcel has been left, it is considered delivered in full. We do not accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur after the parcel has been left under this authority.

In some situations, the courier may be unable to safely leave the parcel under Authority to Leave. If this happens, your order will be redirected to the nearest collection point, and you’ll receive a notification from the Courier with further instructions.
