Can my parcel be left in a safe place?Updated 5 months ago

We want to get your Liquor Loot delivery to you as safely as possible, so all our deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Your delivery driver may ask for ID if the person receiving the parcel at the address looks under 25. 

If no one is available to sign your delivery it will be taken to the nearest post office and held for collection for ten days, or a card will be left with further instruction if your order is with one of our courier partners. 

Please note - if we are delivering to a business, your business may have specific arrangements in place  in which case the delivery will follow those protocols (eg all deliveries may be redirected to a Parcel Locker of PO Box).
