Where do you ship?

We ship all over Australia including to Parcel lockers + PO Boxes. We do not currently ship outside of Australia, or to postcodes prohibited from receiving alcohol. We ship using Auspost, Aremex and Couriers Please.

How long will shipping take?

We dispatch within 3-5 business days of you placing your order. Once your parcel is on its way, here are approximate delivery times:. NSW/ACT - 2-5 business days. VIC/QLD/SA - 3-10 business days. NT - 5-10 business days. WA/TAS - 7-14 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free for orders over $150 and subscription orders, and for orders below $150 shipping is calculated at checkout based on product weight + delivery location. Express shipping and transit cover is extra and is calculated at checkou

Should I select transit cover at checkout?

We definitely recommend it! This covers you for a replacement in the unlikely instance your parcel is damaged or lost by Auspost. Liquor Loot is not liable for lost or damaged parcels without transit cover.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

No worries - if your delivery is shipped through Auspost your delivery driver will leave a card and your delivery will be available for pick up at your nearest post office for ten days (unless you or your business has specific delivery arrangements w

Can my parcel be left in a safe place?

We want to get your Liquor Loot delivery to you as safely as possible, so all our deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Your delivery driver may ask for ID if the person receiving the parcel at the address looks under 25. If no one is availab

Can I collect my order from your warehouse to save on shipping costs?

All our parcels are delivered by Australia Post and cannot be collected from our warehouse. If you’ve left it last minute, make sure you select express shipping at checkout.

What happens if my delivery is damaged, late, or goes missing?

We are so sorry your parcel hasn't arrived yet!. A few things to check - if your parcel is marked as 'delivered' and you haven't received it, double check that a family member, housemate or neighbour hasn't signed for your delivery on your behalf. If
